Delivery & Return

Once your payment is at hand you will be notified via email with an invoice and a delivery note. If you do not receive these documents please check your spam folder before contacting us. Please allow 2-3 days maximum for this e-mail to arrive, especially if the order was placed during a weekend.

Our shipping partners handle all outbound shipments. All orders are insured, and Track & Trace information is provided via SMS and/or email upon dispatch. For tracking please visit and enter the tracking number provided to you.

Please note that our shipping partners only provide curbside delivery.

The shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the goods ordered. These are calculated and displayed in the shopping cart. The shipping costs are calculated ongoing according to the following categories: Denmark, Europe, Rest of the world. These costs will be added at the checkout and may vary from country to country.

As every purchase is made to order the delivery time is estimated to 6–12 weeks for European customers. Delivery outside of Europe may experience extended shipping time due to customs and exceptional requirements. We take no responsibility for delays in customs processes outside the EU.

FREIGHT CLAIMS

Unless otherwise agreed all goods are dispatched at DAP (Delivered At Place), Incoterms 2020. All claims for damages due to freight of goods must be directed towards us within 2 days from receipt of the order. No returns will be accepted prior to our acceptance. Claims will only be accepted with provided photo evidence of the damaged packaging

RETURNS

Custom made objects that are manufactured according to the customer’s specifications cannot be returned or refunded.

For other items, you have 14 days after receiving your ordered item to return the item for any reason. Please send an e-mail with your invoice number to info@foraprojects.com to notify the return. No returns will be accepted prior to our acceptance.

Items returned must be sent by you no later than 14 days after your request for a refund and must be in perfect condition, unused, fully labelled and with the original packaging.
Parcels without tracking service will not be accepted.

Return­-shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. This amount will not be refunded by us. We do not send shipping return labels.
We do also not refund international customs duties and sales taxes for shipments outside the EU.
