Order confirmation

By approving these terms & conditions and confirming your order, a binding agreement is entered into. When we have received your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order or in the event that we cannot manufacture the ordered items due to shortage of resources.
Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. By approving to these terms, you are also making an agreement to our Shipping & Returns info, as well as the terms of our logistics partners.

Please be aware of the uniqueness of every object. Please expect slight adaptations from object to object as every object is diligently being processed by local craftsmen. If you observe a defect on your objects that goes beyond this notion, please make contact right away. Please contact us via before sending back any object making a warranty claim. We reserve the full right to decide wether a warranty claim can be made or not.

In case a warranty takes effect, your purchase will be exchanged, repaired or a refund will be made at your choice. If the claim is justified, you will be refunded reasonable costs for shipping the item.

TAXEs & Duties

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional fees (tax, customs, import duties) may be levied by the local governing authorities.  These charges are at the customer’s own expense.
